Shipping Policy:

1 - Food delivery service commences after 48 hours of your subscription or at any other time according to your convenience.
2 - Food delivery service schedule starts from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm. Your delivery timing will be approximate to the timing of the first day, kindly check with our customer service agent about the approximate time before you leave the center. Also, to enjoy a better experience with us. we request you to follow the guidelines of the dietitian and shift the breakfast of the first day to the next morning to avoid any concern with the delivery timing.
3 - We offer an optional service of food delivery to your workplace during weekdays and to your doorstep during weekends. In case you want the special delivery service, we do offer the same. There will be an extra charge of 20 KD (For 28 Days), after checking the possibility of providing food time with our customer service and food will be at your requested place.
4 - You can shift the whole box to the next day, in case you have long working hours. You can also ask for delivery a day before the required date to enjoy a better service. prior notice of at least 48 hours is required in case of address change.

Lina's & Dina's diet center are not responsible for incorrect storage of food after delivery. The client is advised to keep the food in the refrigerator in a cold temperature immediately upon receiving the food to maintain the mentioned shelf life of each product.

نقدم خدمة توصيل الطعام الاختيارية إلى مكان عملك خلال أيام الأسبوع وإلى باب منزلك خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع. في حال رغبتك في الحصول على خدمة التوصيل الخاصة، نقدمها لك. سيكون هناك رسوم إضافية قدرها 20 دينار كويتي (لـ 28 يومًا)، بعد التحقق من إمكانية توفير وقت الطعام مع وكيل خدمة العملاء وسيتم توصيل الطعام إلى المكان المطلوب .

يمكنك نقل كامل الصندوق إلى اليوم التالي إذا كانت لديك ساعات عمل طويلة. يمكنك أيضًا طلب التوصيل في اليوم الذي يسبق التاريخ المطلوب للاستمتاع بخدمة أفضل. يتطلب الأمر إشعارًا مسبقًا لا يقل عن 48 ساعة في حال تغيير العنوان .

إخلاء المسؤولية :

مركز "لينا" و"دينا" للتغذية غير مسؤول عن التخزين غير الصحيح للطعام بعد التوصيل. يُنصح العميل بالحفاظ على الطعام في الثلاجة في درجة حرارة باردة فور استلام الطعام للحفاظ على فترة الصلاحية المذكورة لكل منتج
